In this COVID-19 period, where most businesses are cutting down on discretionary spending, Wellaholic is doing the opposite. In fact, we are investing further to create a better experience for our customers:
- We have opened our Kovan Outlet in July to cater to our customers living in the North East region of Singapore.
- We are hiring more staff to increase capacity across all our outlets to ensure high availability of slots for booking.
- We are purchasing more equipment for our rooms. Do expect an increase in the number of treatment rooms for Jurong East (to 4), Kovan (to 3) and Lavender (to 4+2)
- We are renewing our equipment to maintain a high level of serviceability and availability across all outlets.
- We are catering additional joint staff training on a monthly basis to ensure higher consistency of service quality, as well as staff knowledge on treatment technology and procedures.
- We have applied for trademarks for all our service types as a testament to the Wellaholic branding:

- We have introduced the Lifetime Membership Tier to take care of our long-time customers.
