• ​This special LIFETIME MAINTAIN MODE is part of our brand promise to help our customers take care of their teeth for a lifetime at heavily reduced prices.
• This allows our customers to regularly arrange for regular teeth whitening sessions to keep their teeth white and shining and prevent any gradual darkening of the enamel from staining foods and liquids.

WHAT IS THE CRITERIA TO ENJOY LIFETIME MAINTAIN MODE? 

• To qualify for Lifetime Maintain Mode, customers must have either:
  • purchased 12 sessions of TeethWhite teeth whitening treatments.
  • completed 12 sessions of TeethWhite teeth whitening treatments.
• The customer will have to be a current member.

ARE THERE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS? 

• Lifetime Maintain Mode is valid for Wellaholic customers with an existing active Membership.
• Lifetime Maintain Mode does not expire and customers can make as many repeated sessions for TeethWhite Lifetime Maintain as long as they are 7 days apart.
• Members cannot pre-purchase any Lifetime sessions in advance.
• Members can use cashback credits to pay for Lifetime treatments based on the usual 1:5 ratio.
• Lifetime treatments attract no cashback credits.
• *The management reserves the right to adjust the pricing based on inflation – the Lifetime Maintain prices will always be around 50% of the ala carte prices.
